- The GACS Fine Arts Manual for high schoolers has been
revised for the 2010-2011 academic year. You may order a
PDF copy with the Publications Order Form.
- Southeast Christian School Convention
- 5/19/2010
- The 2010 Southeast Christian Schools Convention will be held
September 29-October 1 at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center
in Myrtle Beach, SC. The general session speakers this year
will be Rand Hummel of the Wilds, Jim Binney of LEAD
Ministries, and John Bishop of God is So Good Ministries.
This year's theme is *Making a Difference with Compassion*.
We trust that the sessions and fellowship will be a blessing

- Accreditation Manual Revised

- The GACS Accreditation Manual has undergone significant
revisions. Every school considering accreditation or
re-accreditation should purchase a new manual. Download
the Publication Order Form. Complete the form and mail it
in along with your payment.
- Georgia Student Scholarship Organizations

- This is the scholarship program approved last year for
individuals and corporations to make contributions to a
Georgia Student Scholarship Organization (SSO) which in turn
makes tuition scholarships available to students attending
private schools in Georgia. This is a dollar for dollar
match against their Georgia Income Tax.
- Georgia Department of Revenue Adopts "Qualified Education Expense Credit"

- On July 1, 2008, the Georgia Legislature enacted a program
that allows corporations and taxpayers to contribute a
portion of their state income tax liabillty to a qualified
student scholarship organization, designate the funds for a
qualified private school, and receive a tax credit.
